When times get hectic with in the emergency department, and doctors, nurse are so busy that patients stuck in hall ways seem to be forgotten. loved ones of these patients have the tendency to get upset. I was one of these loved ones on 3/22/2016 not receiving any information from the doctor assigned. Travis introduce his self as the PA working with millennium, Travis took the time to explain and get thing started with medications need. For this Travis will always stand out and be appreciated.
