Travis Day, APRN

After waiting for over 30 minutes past my visit time with three other people scheduled for the same time with Travis, my visit was maybe 5 minutes. He really didn’t listen or ask questions regarding my concern. Didn’t provide me any next steps so when I went to the desk after the “visit” ended, I asked what had just happened and what are follow-ups. She said he’d requested an MRI and scheduled a follow-up visit in three months. I’ve yet to be called to schedule the MRI (three weeks later) but got a call to schedule a mammogram that I wasn’t expecting and. I thing had even been mentioned about that during the appointment or at the front desk. Really off putting experience. Would never go back to him.

Travis has been my primary care NP for the last several years, and I can’t recommend him highly enough. One of the things I appreciate most is the time he spent getting to know me, establishing a great rapport and taking the time to understand not just my symptoms, but my overall health. By taking that time, even for minor symptoms, he was able to unravel a health issue I’ve had for years and now, thanks to his sleuthing, finally have treatment for. I’m so grateful, and recommend him highly.

Travis spends time with you. He explains various options for treatment, which allows the patient to make an informed decision. He's very personable and I feel he just cares for my well-being. Highly recommended!

He's approachable, understanding, and made me feel comfortable explaining my medical concerns. He's very knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend? him to anyone looking for a basic primary health care provider.

Billing Department is horrible. They bill you out of network so you end up having a high bill. Do not go here. Even if you call prior to your appointment, they will tell you the doctor is in network but bill you out of network under a service not covered by your insurance.
