Tracy is an excellent Doctor, but i’ve had several issues w/them scheduling & keeping appointments. I had them call & reschedule my appointment twice, when I finally got to go for my appointment I was 10 minutes late, they checked me in, had me wait in the waiting room for 15 min. then called me up again to cancel my appointment because I was 10 minutes late! If this was really necessary why would they not do this immediately when you show up, I questioned if they were just behind, no answer, just sorry. I drive a half hour each way took time off of work for my rescheduled appointment. The soonest they rescheduled me is over a month out again for the 3rd time & now I have to figure out a sitter next time because my kids will be out of school. They called back two other waiting patients while I was sitting there, was my 10 minutes tardy really that much of an inconvenience for you? What about the multiple inconveniences you have caused me? This is truly poor customer service.

I tried scheduling an appointment for my depression because it was getting bad and instead of getting me in right away, they decided I couldn't get in until over a month. The staff is extremely rude. I highly do not recommend. The doctor is a good doctor but the experience as a whole is not good!
