Tracy Kramer, NP

Tracey takes her time and treats you as her most important patient. She does this with everyone. She actually LISTENS to the patient and treats them with respect. I think that she knows more than most doctors. Thank you, Tracey!

I went in over congestion and the trainee is the only one that done anything she wasn't even in the room I made the appointment for Dr Bailey and ended up in her office where she didn't even double check the trainee I still am congested a week later and she charged more then the actual doctor does

There was very little wait time. She and her nurse always have time to explain things. Meds reactions. What to expect from med. and. The effects of the illness. Tracie truly cares about the whole patient and how you feel and what is happening. She and the staff always are respectful, friendly and caring.

I love Tracy! I’ve been going to see her for all of my health needs for over 6 years. She listens, asks lots of questions & has been spot on with every diagnosis! She’s wonderful & sooo knowledgeable, especially when it comes to women’s health.

My family member's experience as having Tracy Kramer as a provider was appalling. Without sharing too much information, I would just like to state that her assessment skills when the 5th vital sign known as pain is involved, comes with a personal bias. Her office staff were very professional & patient but her services that she offered as a provider were very judgemental and incompetent. While my family member was dealing with an acute issue, her care management was even questioned by an MD at a local emergency room. In the medical field, there is no room for personal beliefs to be harped upon. As a medical provider, one should want to strive for a cure all while providing meaningful education to patients, meeting them where they are and striving to build a healthy provider relationship. This space is used for reviews but I also hope that this review sheds light on the need for better provider & patient interactions to conserve life, alleviate suffering and achieve better health.

Tracy has seen my family through life threatening disease processes, bumps & bruises, broken bones and broken hearts. She has an amazing empathetic and knowledgeable grounded practice. So thankful we found her 10 years ago. The drive is long for me but I continue to make it - the care is worth it!

Tracy is attentive and patient. She’s smart and she cares. This was my first visit and I definitely feel I made the right choice of Nurse Practitioner.

I have many friends who have Tracy as their Dr and the reviews about Tracy Kramer do not do it justice. The Staff is wonderful kind, thoughtful, they love to joke around and that is something that I truly love. Tracy actually listened to me. There are so many Drs out there that do not listen, but Tracy listens to you. Tracy is such a caring Dr and this is why she out shines them all. If you are looking for a new Dr. I highly recommend Tracy and her staff.

The office staff there is absolutely good natured and it shows. They are a big family. Tracy Kramer was and is the best at listening and getting you to understand your issues. The whole experience was absolutely wonderful. We were looking for a new Primary Care doctor and we found Tracy and we’re so happy.

Anytime I go into Tracys office I am meant by wonderful, polite people. I’m asked if I wouldn’t mind a nurse practitioner in training to come and see me before I see Tracy. I always say yes because they turned out to be the sweetest, nicest and caring people. When it comes to Tracy, she is unmatched, I tell her what’s going on, and she asks the right questions. She then tells me what we need to do if anything. I love the staff and I always tell them them that. They are the only reasons I stay in the Waco area.

She was my wife's PCM for a short time. The last time she went Ms. Kramer completely disregarded her symptoms (telling her to buy a new thermometer), basically accused her of drug seeking (my wife wasn't there for any pain-related complaints or pain medicine), and gave her an antibiotic prescription for her fever, but no focal infection findings as far as we know. Fever of Unknown Origin is admittedly a very difficult workup. Fevers are just a symptom, not a disease, and chronic fevers can be caused by many things to include infections (viral, bacterial, etc.), rheumatoid conditions, cancers, etc... I would rather her admit she doesn't know how to proceed and refer my wife on to an MD or DO in her practice, or to see a specialist, rather than being rude and disregarding everything. I am a PA and so when I see another midlevel provider giving inadequate/inappropriate care it bothers me. It makes us all look incompetent and is dangerous and unfair to patients.

I have been seeing Dr Kramer for 2 years now and I am 100% satisfied. She is patient, allows me to completely tell her what my problem is, and addresses my questions. I have never felt rushed and I trust her with my health care completely.

From prior experiences with Tracy Kramer, I would not personally recommend her to any one who is a person of color. She is rude, disregards your pain, and rushes the appointment with fully looking at the root of the problem. She does not want to properly listen and adamantly considers everything you say a lie, without further checking any of your symptoms. I have been to her office two times and quite frankly it will be my last.

She is my mom's doctor, and she is attentive to her patients ,you don't feel like you are there for five seconds and then rushed out ,she takes her time. She listens to what you have to say.That says a lot about a doctor to someone.
