Tracy is great. She listens and tries to solve problems etc. She is positive and cares about the patient. I appreciate her professionalism and great attitude.

First time seeing Tracy and she was wonderful. Asked questions and listened to history try to cover everything. Needed an Ultrasound on my thyroid and she wrote the order so that I could have it done locally and not have to drive 3 1/2 round trip.

II very much enjoyed my recent visit to the physician's office for a 6 month review. The staff there provide professional and helpful information. My visit with the NP was informative and satisfying. I've been seeing Tracy for the last three or four years. She is not only encouraging and knowledgeable, she also really cares about you as a person, not just a patient.

I saw Tracy Giese as a followup after I had surgery to remove my thyroid. Tracy is very knowledgeable and always takes time to answer my questions. She adjusted my medication, and I am feeling much better. Even my husband has commented on the positive change in me. I feel very comfortable discussing my health issues with Tracy. Tracy went to bat for me and asked Dr. Andrews to take me on as a patient when Dr. Alms first retired. I am very thankful that I am still affiliated with the Centerpoint Physicians Group.

Tracy is a great practitioner. She is knowledgeable, compassionate and takes time to explain whatever is needed by the patient. My nurse is the best. Nurse Giese is easy to talk with and she is very informative. When my wife and I are at my appointment we never feel rushed. Nurse Giese always take the time to to visit with us and explain treatment plans and options. I don't like doctor appointments, but I don't mind my visits with Nurse Giese or Dr Andrews. They are the best.
