Tracy's style is very upfront, straitforward, and direct. She doesn't beat around the bush about issues you're facing with narcissistic abuse. Her treatment with EMDR is highly effective, and she does well in preparing her patients post-treatment by teaching them how to self-heal and self-soothe. I am so grateful to have had her as my therapist, and feel like I have been able to successfully work through my issues and grow from them. If you have suffered narcissistic abuse, she's the person you need to talk with.

biography

Originally trained as pastoral counselor by Loyola University of MD. 20 years experience in mental health field with over ten years in private practice. Currently focus of care is trauma informed via blending of DBT and EMDR. Practice is 100% online. Tracy specializes in working with victims of narcissistic abuse.
