Dr. Traci Cassidy, DPT

I was a client for approximately 6 weeks for two times a week. I am recovering from a spinal Laminectomy. Traci and the team curated an exercise program focused on stretching and strengthening my traumatized spinal cord. The first 15 minutes were all about electrical stimulation and stretching, my favorite aspect! Then week by week she demonstrated and walked me through a group of exercises that slowly began rebuilding my strength and stamina. As I became more confident I began working at my own pace through the regimen. That’s when the teamwork really kicked in. If any of the other trainers (Alex and Ellen) noticed I had poor form or posture they were quick to correct and reset me. They did not mince words and were very direct. I affectionately referred to it as their version of “tough love” and it was most appreciated! I have regained about 85 percent of my flexibility, strength and endurance. I still do the program at the gym and hope to be at 100% by summertime! Thanks a million!

When I saw Traci, I had no idea what was causing my elbow pain. On the first visit she was able to diagnose the issue and laid out a treatment plan for me. After a few months, I saw relief of my issue. Traci was not only knowledgeable on ways to improve my problem, but was extremely friendly and pleasant to work with on a weekly basis. I started care at Comprehensive Therapy Centers (Sunset Road) at the recommendation of my primary care doctor. I was having issues with back and leg pain. The review of my symptoms with Dr. Traci Cassidy and examination of my general physical state was thorough. Everything was explained to me in detail. My treatment plan was described in detail. The process by which I was to help relieve my back and leg symptoms was described in detail and monitored very closely. Each time I showed up for an appointment everything was reviewed with me and great care was given to make sure I was performing my routines for maximum result. My treatment worked. I was miserable when I first walked through their door and now I have the tools to monitor my symptoms and perform exercises that make a huge difference to the way I move about my day. I highly recommend Traci and Ellen at Comprehensive Therapy Centers. They really took very good care of me in a kind and generous way.

Traci and her staff are the best. Traci explains what is needed for the next few weeks of therapy upon the first visit. She, Gregg or Ellen always make sure the exercises are being done correctly. A program for continued use at home is thoroughly explained. If ever I need more therapy, I will certainly return to Traci at Comprehensive Therapy Center.

First, I want to thank Dr Traci Casidy and her staff at Comprehensive Therapy Centers for a most remarkable experience at this facility. I had recently completed treatment for cancer. An adverse reaction resulted in my loss of 25% of my body weight. My oncologist prescribed physical therapy to correct the problem. Traci crafted an exercise routine that addressed my specific needs. At every step of the way, I was told what I should be doing and, more important, why and how it would benefit my specific situation. Throughout the entire process I received feedback and encouragement. Unfortunately prescriptions have end dates and as my end date at Traci’s facility approached, she assisted me in crafting an ongoing exercise routine that I could take with me to my community athletic facility. Overall, I would rate this experience as EXCELLENT!

I always was treated with tender care, respect, understanding. Diagnosis was thorough, thoughtful and holistic. Traci is incredibly efficient, she was quick to make adjustments during therapy visits to increase the impact of my routine or to address my feedback which was solicited. Everyone was outstanding from the schedulers, to the interns to all the practitioners. At times, exercises were created to meet my physical and mental needs. All other patients were happy, approachable and supportive. Over the years I have frequented a number of PT centers; CTC is the most professional...and absolutely the best. My Orthopaedic Doctor was pleased with my progress so surgery was avoided! I left with my tailored PT home routine which is keeping my wheels on the bus, so to speak.

From the first visit to my last visit I was provided the best therapy one could expect from the most awesome friendly staff whom I’m thankful to for helping me achieve the best results possible.

My doctor had recommended another therapy facility. What a mistake. I had been to Comprehensive Therapy Center several years ago and decided to go back there. Fortunately Dr. Cassidy was still there. I explained my current physical issues and Traci developed a plan for my treatment. She worked with me and altered exercises as I progressed. Traci and her staff assisted me throughout my routine with exceptional expertise. I always felt safe and comfortable in the impeccably clean environment. I was treated with respect and dignity. Everyone at this facility was warm and welcoming. Scheduling appointments was easy. If I ever need any type of physical therapy again I would definitely return to Dr. Cassidy. Traci Cassidy, Ellen Price, the techs and receptionists are top notch. They observe, listen and go to great lengths to care for your pt needs. The entire staff provide compassion and patience to each and every patient. I am so glad that I choose to come to Traci. She worked wonders with me.

Dr Cassidy's services were recommended by my family physician. I had two issues. On the first visit Dr Cassidy used a structured approach to assess my issues, explain her findings and lay out a clear, "measurable" plan for improvement. I received treatment 3 times week for 9 weeks; for each visit, I received treatment from both Dr Cassidy and her team. Everything was professionally planned, explained, and implemented with an occasional assessment to measure my progress. I am pleased with the results they made possible and strongly recommend Dr Cassidy's physical therapy services.

Traci is amazing. I came in to strengthen my leg and foot after a broken toe. As a dancer, it was troublesome to have such a noticeable imbalance and I was excited when I met Traci and learned that she works with a lot of dancers. Immediately, I felt confident that we would work well together and I was excited to come in to see her. I only had 6 visits with her and over the course of that month, she recorded, and I noticed and felt a major improvement! I am So grateful for Traci and her attention to my concerns, she was always making sure I understood everything she gave me and asked me what I felt I needed to work on every time I came in. It was wonderful having her as my physical therapist, and I recommend her to anyone who truly wants to heal. ????
