No waiting in a crowded room, no feeling that you are part of an assembly line. Plenty of time to do a thorough test and to talk afterwards. Easy and good communication; puts you at ease and stays to make sure all your questions are answered. Personable and caring. We have already recommended to several friends.

My visits are alway wonderfully pleasant and enjoyable. Dr. Hudson is smart and knowledgeable. I really enjoy my visits with her. She’s kind and helpful. She also have a wonderful staff that are courteous and friendly. Dr. Hudson is a good caring physician who cares about her patients.

Dr. Herrin has been excellent in all respects with my selection of and adjustment to wearing hearing aids for the first time. She has answered all my questions and been very thoughtful and understanding of the concerns of the first time user of the devices. Especially noteworthy, is her ability to put the client at ease and the ease she displays while discussing the operation and usage of the devices to any level of the the client desires. I have had a great experience with Tracy and Dr. Simko and their staff. Tracy explained what my hearing loss was and why I have my hearing loss. She gave me a few options and helped me to choose the best treatment for me. I got my hearing aids through her and she has helped me get accustomed to they and to understand their potential. Dr. Simko and Tracy have help change my entire outlook on my life. I can now enjoy everything in my life especially my grandkids. Thank you!!!

I needed to get a new pair of hearing aids and went to see Tracey, the TPMG audiologist. She was extremely helpful in recommending new hearing aids, explaining their capabilities and functions. Even more important was how she worked with me to ensure a good fit and comfort so that these can be worn from the start of the day until the end, rather than leaving them in a drawer unused.
