Not trauma informed.
I saw Tracey three times in 2021. At the third and final appointment she made me recite the Serenity Prayer and told me to stop trying to be so controlling. Without saying it, she basically said find someone else and sent me on my way. I was completely retraumatized and refused to seek therapy for another two years. She should not be seeing clients unless they need someone to hand them a tissue and tell them it will be okay.

Awesome therapist!
I’ve been seeing Tracey for years now and I have benefitted substantially. Not only does she have 4 friendly therapy animals, she is also easy to talk to and fun! I highly recommend seeing her.

I saw Tracey for several months until she out of the blue cancelled my appointment and stopped answering any attempts at rescheduling. Very unreliable and would not recommend, especially if you have trauma stemming from abandonment.
