She listens when so few do.
After a horrible experience at another Tristan ER. I intended to avoid them altogether. I was afraid. When the time came that I needed help again, I was pleasantly surprised to encounter a nurse practitioner who looked me in the eye and listened. Her name: Tonia Henry. She made all the difference in the world. She was thorough and kind.
