Not sure what Everyone else’s problems are (which sound more insurance and Covid related…) the staff was great, the DR. Was great and I was in and out. If anyone wants to complain head over to MEI. And the. Compare. Dr. Harris and Staff were great and I highly recommend

I recommend staying clear of any walmart vision center as the office hides behind the corporate veil of protection to cover their wrongdoing. I had my near perfect credit score negatively and erroneously impacted by this Doctor and his staff. Despite having called ahead of the date to notify of covid exp and subsequent cancellation. Todd Harris refused to correct the problem.

Was the first time seeing him. He was kind and did want to help me. I was very depressed over the situation of being forced by the state of MI to make me get an eye exam. He examined my eyes, gave me eye drops, told me I should come in once a yr due to my diabetes. He was concerned that I wasn't doing enough to care for my eyes because of my illness. I will see him again.
