Todd Ellison, MSW

Todd is a no nonsense, get to the root of the problem therapist. With no beating around the bush, he delivers the care and results you need. If it's coddling you want then go elsewhere. Highly recommend.

Easily the least professional counselor I have seen and I have been in therapy for years. This counselor made me lose faith in therapy period and makes you wonder: "If a therapist cannot be trusted, then who can?" Todd Ellison is unprofessional, incompetent, and quite frankly, immature. He is judgemental and belittles patients seeking help. I recommend you go anywhere else. He should have his license revoked.

Great communicator & made me comfortable right away. He is easy-going, A good listener, funny, worldly, & makes you feel at ease. He shares similar experiences with you, which I like. He's not just a "Hmmm, & how did that make you feel?" therapist. He compares & contrasts & its helpful to see things from another perspective or through another's experience. Honestly, I feel like I'm chatting with friend when we have a session. He has a great understanding of chronic pain, cancer, & self advocacy.

Mr. Ellison is just incompetent. During sessions, he spoke 60-70% of the time, no exaggeration. Mr. Ellison had to share his personal opinion about everything, so therapy turned into debates. The sad thing is Mr. Ellison has all the right intentions and works hard taking extensive notes. I really didn't want to write this review, but I felt compelled to because after he severely upset me with a mean comment and I told him we couldn't work together, instead of apologizing he attacked me even more
