Tina is highly dedicated to her patients and a very good listener. She took all my concerns seriously and put my mind at ease over some relatively minor issues. She has a very welcoming manner which invites people to ask questions they might not feel comfortable asking other people. She is upbeat and outgoing and a wonderful asset to the Mercy family.
