I got an examination/prescription before the Holidays mid-December. The frames at this location were more expensive than what I could afford so I had to get glasses elsewhere. Due to the holiday timing, it has taken a while to get my new glasses with the new prescription. I finally got new glasses (and updated my old lenses) a couple of weeks ago. But after having them for several weeks, I continue to have trouble with the EG prescription – I can't see small words, etc. (like on a medicine bottle) with the new prescription. I can make out the smaller print with the old EG prescription, but not with the new prescription. It took several weeks to get the new glasses and another 3-4 weeks to try and get adjusted to the big change in prescription. But I’m still experiencing discomfort and having issues with vision. Unfortunately, this office does not stand by their work and refuses revisit the prescription unless I pay them more money because it’s a week or so beyond 60 days.
