Inaccuracies
I didn't even see the practitioner. She was the nurse in charge of the other nurses and write in my chart that I was 'seeking pain pills' because my crps acted up and I was in horrible pain crying and due to that I came in. I never once asked for opioids and I feel this is bias. I will be complaining to the DA.
