I called and got a work in appointment. Drove all the way to the Inverness office. Just to be told to go back to the car because i had a low grade fever the day before. The day of my appointment i had no fever, no respiratory issues. I was being seen for urinary tract problems. I am fully vaccinated for covid and they do not care. As soon as i mentioned low grade fever the day before, the staff became very rude. And no longer cared about my real issues that were going on. Stanhope wouldnt even do a telehealth appointment. I had to talk through a phone call in my car in the parking lot. He didnt listen to my symptoms and just told me i would need a covid test before they did anything. I understand being cautious but they lost all professionalism and courtesy with being "cautious". I ended up going to the ER to be seen where once again i was fever free and was actually seen for my urinary tract issues. I wouldnt even bring my dog to Stanhope. And he should not have a license to practice.

I asked to consult with the Nurse Practitioner - Stanhope (highest ranking worker available, at the time) about medications/medication alternatives he refused to consult with me. I needed to discuss medication alternatives (the one prescribed causes extreme side effects for me that make it intolerable). He refused to consult with me about alternatives/prescribing something else I could tolerate. Refused to come into the room! I pay WAY TOO MUCH MONEY TO GET SUCH POOR RESULTS! Reporting to ABN!!
