Dr. Timothy Lanier is an exceptional chiropractor with an innate ability to diagnose and treat his patients. He is extremely caring and his first priority is his patient’s well being.

Dr. Lanier is extremely skilled and gifted in the art and science of chiropractic medicine. He has the knowledge, ability and compassion to address complex issues. He was able to perform a bass stabilization for spondylolisthesis that has remained completely stable and pain-free for four years. Prior to the stabilization, surgery had been recommended. He has the highest standard of practice and his ethics and integrity are in perfect alignment with his exceptional skills and gifts in chiropractic medicine.

What a difference a month makes, thanks to Dr Lanier who got me back on the Right Track FAST. Having had a successful 2-level lumbar fusion 5 years ago, I now found my lower back frozen for 4 months in a pain cycle that no matter how hard I tried (and I know all the tricks), I could not break it, and it was worsening. 30 years ago a woman gunned her car through an intersection and broadsided me. Our enmeshed cars ended up connected in a T Formation on the other corner. Since then, I have been a daily participant in my spinal health; PT, home exercises, fusion surgery. For the most part, I'm doing well. But this time I needed HELP, and thankfully my Physician referred me to Dr. Lanier. Because I had managed LA IM/Nephrology offices, I did know to look at his reviews, the MOST 5-stars I'd seen to date, and the content was impressive. Now I know why; he really knows what he's doing: muscles, nerves, vertebra. It's uncanny really. My gratitude is Beyond Measure. Great Staff too!

Started seeing Dr. Lanier when he took over Dr. Noel's practice a few years ago. He has really helped me and has suggested at-home exercises/stretches that help maintain my adjustments. Highly recommend him.

I actively workout, lift HEAVY, and am very labor intensive due to work. Came in due to back aches. A quick consult, and he immediately figured out I was in a motorcycle wreck that caused me stiff hips, issues on my middle/lower back, and neck pain. Slowly but surely he fixed me and helped me immensely on mobility movements. After a couple months, I was able to sit Indian style, which prior to, I could NEVER do. Thank you doctor! Highly recommended, considering he’s a Padres fan, and I root for the dodgers, he has phenomenal bedside manners, lets you know it spends scarier than it feels. But as soon as I left his consults, it felt like a new person was leaving after his adjustments.

I was in such discomfort in my left thigh and left lower back I could not sleep or rest. Dr. was straight forward and professional- told me what the issue was and what I needed to do and what the plan was to get me out of pain. Rene is awesome as well. She is thoughtful, and between the two of them and the courteous staff, I am more than happy and blessed to be and continue a patient.

He is very professional and very kind and helped me with an ongoing issue with dizziness and neck issues. He also gave excellent advise on excises that I can do at home which have helped tremendously. If you live on the Laguna, Ca area, and suffer from sort of bodily injuries due to an accident or have other issues, I highly recommend that you to go see him. You won’t regret it. He is the BEST!!!! I have been a patient of Dr. Lanier's since he started his practice in L. H. Everyone in his office is friendly and professional. They take the time to listen to all your concerns so each visit can be different but still very effective. He has helped me with my back and shoulder pain and I have complete trust in him when he adjusts my neck. I would highly recommend him to my family and friends. I look forward to my monthly maintenance visits.

Dr. Lanier is absolutely FANTASTIC! He listens to the problem and gets to the solution! He is understanding and caring. During conversations, he will take note and offer stretching exercises to do at home to keep mobile and limber. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr. Lanier.
