What always stands out about this place is the 3 or 4 to 1 ratio of wait time to actual time spent with a technician or doctor. However, you seem to be the only game in town. I was happier with my vision before having my cataracts removed.

Dr. Klugh was excellent but the office wait time was not good. My appointment was at 1:00pm, I arrived by 12:45, was not called back until almost 2:00, out of the office by 2:50. I hope something can be done about wait time in the future.
