I have had many different therapists in my life, and I find Timothy to be effective, which I can not say for others. When first meeting Timothy I wasn't sure that he understood me, At the end of my session when he summarized our time together I had the experience of not only being listened to but also of closure to something that has troubled me for most of my life. Timothy has helped me greatly. I would recommend him, and I also know that this time in therapy I committed not to do this as I have in the past, I shared that with him at our first session, told him all the ways I would try to get out of looking at myself and so far he has been great at staying and keeping me on course.

Totally shocked, as my partner who is seeing Mr. Bechtel was told that “monogamy is a dated thing.” So much for being sacred to a 20+ year relationship. I find this deeply offensive and realize why people go out seeking additional emotional and sexual relationships, because their therapists give them license to!
