I saw Ms. Smith on February 21, 2020 for what I knew was an upper respiratory infection. She told me that all I had was a cold. Two weeks later, I ended up at an urgent care center with acute bronchitis. It is not only the misdiagnosis that I am concerned about, but her nasty attitude. She should consider working in another field - one that does not put her in contact with the general public, especially those who need good medical care. Her bedside manner is horrible.
