Completely unprofessional. She told other clients of hers about me before telling me she wouldn’t take me on as a patient. I didn’t give her permission to talk about me in ANY way to other patients, but she did anyway. Other people knew she wasn’t going to take me before I knew about it. Then she told me that “no one takes your insurance anymore”, even though she takes it, but won’t see me as a patient. I’m completely discouraged from seeking therapy or counseling and probably won’t do so in the future because of this experience. She should not be practicing with this kind of attitude.
