Completely non-empathetic.
Last April I wound up in the ER after a heart attack. When this NP finally showed up (after about 5 hours), the first words out of her mouth were to fuss at me for my cholesterol level. Also, my husband, who is a physician, tried to ask her several questions. She ignored him and continued to do so, even after I told her he was a physician and asked her to answer his questions.
