Set up an appt with a new counselor, Tiffany Flowers, who didn't even show up for my 1st appointment. No email, no call, no excuse, just flat out disregarded me. When you really need a counselor and they don't show up, that's pretty low. So thankful I learned this character trait about her now!

I called and set an appointment with Tiffany 3 weeks ago. On the day of my appointment no one was at the office, and I stood in the rain for thirty minutes trying to get a hold of someone for my appointment. They called and apologize the next day, so I reschedule my appointment. The day of my new appointment they called to cancel. The way they treat their clients is unbelievable, and I do not understand how they are still in business to help people. They are dangerous for people's mental health.
