Dr. Tiffani Fries, DC

I wish I could thank you for YOUR time but you never showed up! After I called and left a message saying you didn't show up and your assistant called back to say you would call in 15 minutes....but didn't...I couldn't be less impressed!!! Guess I'll find someone who uses personal connection instead of technology to thank me for showing up to an appointment THEY never showed up for!!!

I saw Dr Fries in 2021 for back and neck pain. She said she would better align my head over my spine to solve the problem. But after 6 weeks had passed I realized my visits were pointless. I would check in and pay my $50 co-pay, I'd be hooked up to the muscle stimulator for a while, then laid on a table and Dr Fries would ask, "How's your back and neck today?" "It hurts," I'd say. So she would crack my joints, use the massage gun for a minute or so, and then say, "See you next week." Then I'd walk past the reception desk where an employee would have already scheduled my next appointment without asking. Overall I felt like I was manipulated into coming back where they'd just put a band-aid on my problem and then coerced me to keep coming back for more. I have never felt so emotionally violated by a doctor and staff. Interestingly enough, I just got a notice that I'm being sent to collections for not paying a co-pay for an appointment I never made or attended in 2022. Case in point. $$$

I had a great experience with Dr Fries. Her office got me in immediately when I woke up with low back pain. She took the time to explain why my low back went out and what I needed to do to get better. I would recommend her to friends and family.
