Dr Tom was very friendly and took his time with my and my children’s exams. I would shop elsewhere for glasses because they don’t have a big selection and you can get a better deal.

I started going to Dr. Tom as a SUNY Brockport employee. He takes a wide range of insurance and is extremely gentle and a great listener to all your concerns. His office staff are also very organized and knowledgeable. I have recommended him to many of my friends and family, even the ones that live in Rochester.
