Personal therapist
I have been visiting Thomas for years, he is amazing at helping me center myself and realize my emotions. He doesn't judge me for my down falls rather help me learn to overcome them, and see what they do to my emotional state. I was very skeptical at first because I did not want a male therapist, due to discrimination in my own mind, however he is very down to earth and helpful. It's going on 4 years with him now and can't imagine therapy without him.
