The provider was unable to navigate insurance billing and for several months I paid out of pocket for my son's appointments, we were repeatedly told by Maciolek to contact our insurance who told us everything was fine and then one day he figured it out, apologized and told us he couldn't submit for retroactive billing. He also supported stopped responding to vms and emails over a month ago to schedule an appt. Unethical and unprofessional is an understatement
