Dr. Krol Thomas, Charlene Bracci (Medical Assistant), ). Vicki (front desk) , They are very mean and bad people. They are rude, no mercy at all. Stay away from Dr. Krol Thomas ‘s office. He is selfish and arrogant and has no regard any kindness of his patient because he is too busy...ripping off other patients Dr. Krol Thomas does not care about your problem. The staff did nothing to help but give you a hard time on everything. They even bully the patient if they are on Medicare and HMO supplemental plan. It's very obvious they care nothing for patients. Doctor only wants to make money but makes no effort to treat you. It is extremely hard to get anyone on the phone. Stay away from Dr. Krol Thomas ‘s office.
