Dr. Thomas Kelly, OD

I have been a patient for over a decade. Dr. Kelly is one of, if not, the very best. Our eyes are so important and this is a doctor I trust.

I’ve been going to dr Kelly for 20 years. The bay office is wonderful. Timely always and I love buying my glasses there. Very helpful!!!

I can't thank Dr. Kelly and his staff enough for getting me in today! My first visit was amazing the entire staff is so nice and very knowledgeable! Actually a very enjoyable experience at the doctors office! Thank you so much!

He has always been so kind and helpful in the several years I have gone to him. I only wish it didn't take so long to get appt. I guess I should expect that from such a good optometrist. Also I have never had to go back because my lenses , something wrong with them , experience with other eye care facility. Praise God for guiding me to him.

Very friendly, best of the best!! A good eye exam takes time. Prices of the eyewear very reasonable and come with no additional cost for highest quality. After moving out of the area, tried a local Dr closer to home - very disappointed in the quality of the exam, the glasses and the communication was poor. Came back to dr. Kelly - it's over an hour drive but my eyes are worth the trip!

Dr Kelly is a great doctor and very thorough, BUT it is ridiculous to be at his office for 2 hrs for an eye exam and eye health checkup. I had the first appointment of the day and still had to wait before I was seen! Once the tech does some initial stuff, prepare to wait again. Dr. Kelly will come in and do some tests and look into your eyes, then leave you waiting again. Also, ordering contacts and glasses through his office is a bit of a ripoff... considerably higher than market prices.

After being a patient for over twenty years I can say the practice is a shell of the family run business it once used to. My last attempt at a visit left me sitting in the waiting room for nearly an hour past my appointment time. The practice now crams in patients and appointments with multiple doctors, as it is nearly impossible to see Dr. Kelly, and by cramming people in they can maximize their profits. Unfortunately their costumer service has went way down. Take the day off if u plan to go.
