Thomas Gately, PA

He was awful to me in the ER and refused to treat me when he learned I was a recovering addict that had a relapse the day prior and needed clearance ( signs I was not in any distress at time of visit) to be able to return to my halfway house. He wrote in my chart that I was abusive, violent and apparently still under the influence even though I told them it was the day before that I had used and my vitals etc were perfectly normal. Sensitivity training?????

Thomas was a very pleasant and nice older man and I got stitches above my left eye and they were done and over with within 5 minutes. Thomas was very efficient and professional. I had no infection in the cut and I had to future troubles. Thank you doctor gately

If I could give him a -100 I would. After, speaking two 3 different dentist they all referred me to RGH. This man was rude, arrogant, and very unsympathetic. Took all of 12 hour for my face to swell, gums by my teeth to almost completely cover my back tooth, and to be in so much pain I could barely swallow. Thank you Doctor Gately because of your neglect after waiting 3 months. My surgery to find out if I have cancer in my throat is now not possible. 34 never once have I been treated like that.
