I would never see Thomas Falletta, FNP or allow my family to be treated by him. You can have a conversation with him one visit and by the next visit he remembers and has charted something completely different, which is extremely dangerous with him working in a pain clinic. As a patient who had been trying for months to get a refill on her medications which he forgot he even prescribed until I brought the bottles in. After I brought the bottles in questioning him I was fired as a patient.

I feel he rushes through your appointment and sorta blows off your concerns. I do believe they do what they think is best to heal you but sometimes it can make it worse.
