Dr. Thomas Brewer, PHD

After being together for over a decade, my partner and I sought the professional services of Dr. Thomas Brewer of Innerbloom Health due to escalating issues in our relationship. We engaged in weekly one-hour couple’s counseling sessions with Dr. Brewer over a three-month period. My experience during these sessions was disheartening and, unfortunately, it ultimately led to the dissolution of our relationship. While I now see our separation as a step towards healthier outcomes for both of us, I am concerned about the role Dr. Brewer played during our counseling.My partner has been diagnosed with CPTSD and presented traits of Borderline Personality Disorder, conditions that fall within Dr. Brewer’s areas of clinical expertise.
