Saw her today for the first time. She won me over with her friendliness, obvious competence, and especially with her clear, complete, concise explanations. She used medical terms that saved us a lot of time. I asked her to define a few terms, which she did with kindness. She took all the time she needed to examine me and did not seem at all rushed even though she was remarkably quick -- she clearly knew exactly what she was looking for. Refreshing to find such a person. Highly recommend!!
