used mostly CBT which didn't particularly apply to me. when i had a serious real-life problem that was not my fault, she yelled at me. i would have preferred that she make her suggestion to deal with the situation in a calm, supportive tone rather than an angry, demanding one. also not much of an advocate for me. was generally understanding but negative experiences linger in their effects.
