I've tried counseling twice before seeing Theresa and was very discouraged to try again, as my previous counselors were not a good match for me. I can say confidently that Theresa is an amazing counselor and you can talk to her about ANYTHING without facing judgement. She is an excellent listener and helps me process my thoughts and create plans. I would recommend her to anyone, she is competent in many areas and works with a diverse range of people.
