Teresa is an outstanding Therapist. Intelligent, caring, and kind. She listens and shares things with you that may make things better. I am happy she is my Therapist. I would definitely recommend her if you are in need of a Therapist.

Theresa Benedict is a wonderful therapist. She is thoughtful. Patient. Kind. Knowledgeable. I’ve been seeing her for years, and there is always something I need to share with her or need help with. And she really listens to me. She really cares.
