Theresa was highly recommended and I knew it would be difficult to get into see her. She was prompt in her responses and explained the wait time to scheduling. She offered to get me on her waiting list. I am so happy I accepted. Thinking I would be waiting for months she was able to get me in on a cancelation. She was very helpful and the sessions turned my life around

Empathy and a good listener
Theresa was very helpful in assisting me in resolving my issues. I was at a loss and felt alone in my situation. She listened with empathy and provided me with many options.

Spent years off and on going and was able to work through a lot of difficult things in my life. Therapy is not easy. You have to be willling to be honest with yourself and therapist
