Client abandonment
I have been contemplating whether to express my feelings, but I am deeply hurt by Theresa's actions as a counselor. How can someone claim to be a counselor and repeatedly cancel a patient's appointments? You were aware of my mental health struggles and that I was not in a good place, yet you continued to reschedule every appointment. While your kind receptionist was understanding and listened to my concerns about the inadequate care I received, I was there to speak with YOU. I acknowledge that everyone faces challenges in their lives, but this behavior can be seen as client abandonment.
