Horrible bedside manner
Theresa was my NP and I have never experienced a medical professional with such awful bedside manner. She has an attitude problem and talks down to her patients. She is very disrespectful. Does not listen to your concerns. Personally I think she is a burnt out NP and lost empathy for patient care. Do NOT recommend going to this NP.

Very rude and doesn’t listen
Telehealth
I needed help with anxiety and the prescription and dose wasn’t working for me but this NP wouldn’t listen to me and instead scolded me and talked sternly to me as if I was a child. I will look for someone else who cares and shows more compassion. She made my symptoms worse just talking to her!
