Yes, absolutely! Theo is an extremely smart and wise man. He is also very friendly, warm, humorous, genuine, and down-to-earth. Always on-time to appointments, in fact usually a few minutes early, which is unheard of in medicine. I had extreme depression with suicidal ideation. Theo helped me to move in the right direction so I know to stop the ideation as soon as I recognize it. I just can't say enough good things about Theo.

I met with Theodore Shannon for the first time and he was extremely comfortable to talk to. I felt as though I was confiding in a friend vs a counselor. I will be returning to work with him on a regular basis.
