Not Helpful
Telehealth
Used MGH telehealth for a cold that is progressing to a sinus infection. This NP deemed that after being sick for seven days and getting worse with each day instead of better, that I was not sick enough. She told me to wait an additional 7 days and then return for treatment. I don't hop on telehealth just for fun. If I hop on telehealth I am sick, feel awful and am getting worse. Her notes stated that I was alert and looked 'Not ill appearing' , are you Kidding me? She has never seen me before and I took a shower, put on makeup and dragged myself, so while I may not 'LOOK SICK' I am actually sick. 10 out of 10 would NOT recommend this NP.
