On 9/14/16, I had a follow up appointment with him regarding a diagnosis procedure I had 3 wks prior. He asked questions how the procedure went & asked if I wanted to proceed with the follow up procedure. I was a bit hesitant to schedule it & briefly explained my financial situation to him. However, I agreed to go forward with the procedure. He refused to schedule my procedure because, according to him, "I didn't have any money". That was the most unpleasant visit to Southwest Medical Associa.

Do not waste your copay on terry. He is a waste of space a keyboard jackoff that does not know how to talk to patients
