Staff was very efficient and pleasant. My wife was able to get a same day appointment which was a great help. Dr. Manning is very professional and knowledgeable. He examined my wife’s eyes and explained her condition. He asked several times if either of us had any questions. He took the time to put our minds at ease regarding her condition. I would very much recommend Dr. Manning.

Choose someone else than this optometrist. Service was bad and product even worse. There’s no such thing as the customer is right or has rights with this business. BBB and AG should flag this business as unfair and at your own risk.

Menning has rarely been available. An associate will likely complete incoming patient exams. The exams from Menning's associate are poorly done. Staff in office are unfriendly and unhelpful. I ordered a pair of glasses from a catalog. They told me it takes 7 days. It has been 15 weeks. I still have no glasses. I was told in the 14th week that the glasses I ordered were no longer available and were long out of stock. Instead of offering me to come in and select a new pair, I was told tha
