Terry is GREAT!! He's awesome and listens to you and is nonjudgmental. He's helped me for so long. But the reason I gave it a less star is that his wife ( the one who takes the appointments on the phone) is rude as rude can be. She doesn't return phone calls even if you let her know it's very important. So I gave up calling and deal with my problems.

The front desk “manager” was the rudest unprofessional person I have ever spoke to. Lady you need to be compassionate towards others not rude and you are rude and not fit to be office “manager” your lack of service and compassion turned away a person needing help. I will never recommend this place to anyone. This first line of contact ruined my experience. She needs to be fired.
