First of all, when Terry saw me walk into the treatment room, her comment was, "I can't believe you could even walk into the room." (that was after looking at my mri.) Her methods to work on relieving my pain were a bit out of the norm of other PT's I've seen. Without notice, she ended my therapy abruptly one session, saying my insurance would no longer cover PT. No forwarning was given. Very disappointing.
