Terrie is one of the most caring and informative individuals I have had the pleasure of coming across. She takes the time to talk to you and about you, then explains all of the options. I followed Terri from a previous location because you do not find caregivers like her very often. She has been my support for several years through the pain of a little girl riding her bike right into my back. I have been able to continue working with little down time. Terri is the one of the "best".

Some visits have been good, but sometimes it doesn't seem like she listens. This clinic, like most others, is very conservative with pain medication for those suffering with chronic pain. Unfortunately, too many people have abused these drugs making it extremely difficult for chronic pain sufferers to get the relief we need for quality of life. I had a bad experience here and decided to move on, but I do believe they want and try to help people.

Terrie P. has helped me for almost 2 years now. Terrie is skilled and trained and consults with Dr. Shah if needed in regards to my procedures. I trust her and appreciate that she does not push unnecessary pills on me or give me more then what I need. I appreciate that I'm not over medicated or under-medicated and treated.

Terri is part of the Pill Management team at Arrowhead health. If you are in pain, she will issue a limited number pills, regardless of how they work. If your needs fall outside of her very small box of care you are out of luck. If you are in real pain (like my 5 back/hip surgeries), they do not have the skill set to help you here. Please seek help elsewhere and don't waste your time!
