Genuine care, left feeling grateful that I came in to be seen.

Saw her for some fertility concerns. I was told I could only do telehealth due to Covid. Unorganized and rushed was my first appointment. I didn’t have time for any questions to be answered, and the small amount that was answered were very short. The next weeks were communicated through Myhealth, which was a joke. Again, more communication issues and sometimes taking 5 days to get back to me. Eventually, it was just the nurse who was replying, which wasn’t appropriate. The nurse would tell me one thing and the doctor would tell me another. There was a huge lack of any type of empathy and informed consent. When I had questions I would be told to “ look at the papers we sent you”. My second appointment she tried to rush me, but I stopped her. She made excuses for the communication errors, which lead to me not being able to start fertility meds sooner. Gave me more “ papers” to read on my way out the door. Frustrating, and unprofessional. Unneeded stress on a already difficult path.
