I went to Terese for mild depression and anxiety. My marriage ending and I needed to face it and rebuild myself, my self esteem and confidence. After emotional, verbal and physical abuse in my marriage I had just gotten to the point where I was going through the motions of life. She literally saved my life. She listened, she made suggestions, she talked to me and made me feel so very comfortable. She helped to give me the tools to move forward & find my self esteem. She is amazing.

I started seeing Terese for my struggles with depression and anxiety. I was having a hard time getting through the day until she taught me some skills to start living my normal life again. I am learning to cope and combat my anxiety and depression with her help. Sessions with her are very therapeutic and focused and I feel like I am really progressing thanks to her.

I have gone to many therapists who were not helpful at all. Terese understood me and has changed my life. To address older comments- she has never used another patient's name in a session, rather she used others experiences to help normalize my feelings. She is extremely knowledgable and I highly recommend her.

I went to Terese for anxiety, depression, and identity issues. I found her to be compassionate and knowledgeable. She taught me coping skills and strategies to get me back in track. I'm forever grateful for her professionalism and guidance.
