Teresa Dickens has a brisk, professional manner and is also caring and personable. When I went in for a consultation about IUDs, she answered all of my questions and made sure I was fully informed. She never condescended to me or made any remarks like, "Oh, you'll want kids someday, even though you say you don't!" She has a great bedside manner, too, and inserted my IUD at a later appointment skillfully, talking to me at strategic moments to distract me from the procedure. Recommended!

She is great! Very professional while being personable as well. I had a very short wait time and didn't feel rushed out the door. Overall great experience.
