She listens and cares.
She maintains her wheelhouse, but isn’t so strict/inflexible that she can’t help her patient when a unique situation comes up due to other providers’ inabilities. She explains her decisions, thought processes clearly. Explains treatment and risks openly and clearly. Likewise, she also knows when to refer your case out to a specialist. She is comforting and kind.
